Minimum Stay - A two night minimum stay is required for all Saturday night reservations starting June 1st through October 25th.
Reservations -All reservations require a deposit of the first night stay.
Check In- Please present the credit card used to make the reservation upon check in.
Cancellations - To cancel or change your reservation we require 7 days notice prior to the reservation date. Refunds for cancellations or changes to reservations made after the 7 day notice are subject to our ability to resell your reservation. If we are unable to resell your reservation we will not be able to refund your deposit. A $20 cancellation fee is charged for all refunded deposits.
Deposits will not be refunded to guests who do not show for their reservations.
We do not offer "rain checks" for cancelled reservations or no shows.
Pets - (No Cats) 2 dog Maximum, please note, dogs will only be allowed in kitchen rooms, no exceptions. Pet fees are $25 per night for your first pet and $10 a night for your second pet. Any "accidents" by pets will incur a cleaning fee of $50. Please understand that your pet cannot be left in the room unattended. If your visit includes tours or any local attractions that are not pet friendly, please re-consider bringing your pet at all. ANY pet left in a different environment will be uncomfortable & nervous, which usually results in barking. This is unfair to guests that have no pets,and unfair to your pet as well.
The Marina Motel is a nonsmoking property, this includes ANY type of smoke! Guests who smoke in the rooms will be charged a $250 cleaning fee.
