Each Marina Motel guestroom is individually decorated to reflect the unique character of this historic 1930s San Francisco hotel. Flower boxes overflowing with fragrant blossoms adorn the windows adding European cottage charm. The Marina Motel offers a variety of guestrooms featuring one queen bed or two double beds. Our “family rooms” or suites with kitchens are ideal for families traveling together. Some of our rooms can accommodate a rollaway bed for an extra guest. We also offer accommodations for guests traveling with their dog. While most of our rooms are non-smoking, a few of our rooms are smoker-friendly.

The non-smoking Family Rooms have their entrances on Lombard Street and have two bedrooms, each with one queen bed. Parents or light sleepers usually sleep in the cozy and quiet back bedroom, while kids or those not disturbed usually sleep in the larger front room.
Ideal for friends or families who prefer to stay in our quiet, flower-filled courtyard and need more privacy, the Marina Motel offers two separate queen bedrooms joined by one large bathroom. Each non-smoking room has one queen bed with a television, telephone, coffee maker with complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate plus its own separate entry door. Extended Stays at the Marina Motel. The Marina Motel offers three suites plus 15 guest rooms with fully equipped kitchens for stays of five nights or longer. The guestrooms have either one queen bed or two double beds. All of our kitchens feature a gas stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, pots and pans, dishes, and utensils plus a table and chairs.
Courtyard King Suite. The non-smoking King Suite, located in the back of the flower-filled courtyard, is our largest and nicest room. The warmly painted walls, hard wood floors in the living room and hand made tiles in the shower make this room feel especially warm and inviting. The quiet back bedroom faces a private garden and features a king-size bed. A queen sofa sleeper in the front living room/kitchen accommodates extra guests.
Lombard Suite. The newly remodeled Lombard Suite is a non-smoking, street-facing suite. The suite features a quiet back bedroom with one queen-size bed and a front kitchen/living room with a sofa sleeper. Parents or light sleeper usually sleep in the quiet back bedroom, while kids or those not easily disturbed usually sleep in the living room. [Top]
